The Ridgetown Marketplace FLEA MARKET at the Ridgetown Bingo Hall. Free admission, free parking.

Tuesdays, 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The Thames Art Gallery provides FREE GUIDED TOURS FOR SENIORS. Featuring local, national and international art. Call 354-8338 for more information.

Tuesday evenings from 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Wallaceburg and District Museum is offering a clock repair course for ten weeks beginning January 13. Classes will be held at the Museum at 505 King St. in Wallaceburg. For more information call George Van Snick at 627-6347, Eldon Grant at 627-5870 or the Museum at 627-8962.

4th Wednesday of every month, 8:00 p.m.
The KENT COUNTY STAMP CLUB meets in the library at John McGregor Secondary School, 300 Cecile Ave., Chatham every month except July, August and December.

Last Wednesday of each month, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m
The Maple City Centre for Older Adults runs a FLEA MARKET. Call Sue Hawkins for more information at 352-5633.

The CHATHAM KENT QUILTERS' GUILD meets at St. Paul's Congregational Church Hall, 450 Park Ave., W., Chatham. New members and guests welcome. Call 354-1985 for more information.

December 6, 2003 - February, 2004
The Chatham-Kent Museum will display an outstanding collection of children's toys that span the last 150 years. On loan from the Marie and Bruce Smale collection the display will include fine examples of cast iron vehicles from the 1800's, vintage tin wind-up toys, early teddy bears and a stunning selection of antique dolls. Museum is open daily from 1-5 p.m. Admission is free. Donations are accepted. For more information call 519-360-1998.

Wallaceburg Legion will host their annual New Year's day STAND-TO at Wallaceburg Legion Branch 18, Margaret Ave., Wallaceburg. This also will be the kick off for the Baldoon Bi-Centennial. Join Town Crier, George Simms, as well as some of the Baldoon decendents and pipers as the festivities begin at 1:00, the punch is spiked at 2:00 and food is served at 3:00. Bert and Bill will provide entertainment throughout the day.

Michael and Stephanie Hunter and chef Michael Duffin invite you to joint them for an evening of food, fun and fellowship in celebration of United Way of Chatham-Kent's Campaign 2003 and Rotary Club of Chatham Sunrise. Thursday, January 29, 8:00 p.m.
The Music Showcase Series at the Kiwanis Theatre presents APRIL VERCH, a young master fiddler currently at the height of the traditional music scene. With a repertoire featuring traditional and contemporary tunes ranging from the Ottawa Valley to the Appalachians and from Eastern Europe to Brazil, this two-time Canadian Fiddle Champion and her step dancing will rock the house! Friday, January 30, 7:30 p.m.
The Brain Injury Association of Chatham-Kent is holding a QUIZ NIGHT fundraiser at the Maple City Centre for Older Adults, 20 Merritt Ave., Chatham. Teams of 4 compete for cash prizes. Entry fee is $20 per person (includes a $15 charitable tax receipt).

Sunday, February 8
VON Chatham-Kent is hosting a CHOCOLATE LOVER'S BRUNCH charity fundraising gala at Club Lentinas in Chatham. Guests will be treated to a sumptuous brunch followed by decadent chocolate treats, including a fountain flowing chocolate. TThere will be a silent and live auction and raffles to raise funds to support VON Chatham-Kent Palliative Care, Volunteer Visiting, Telephone Assurance, Kids' Circle and Food Care Programs. Tickets are $65 per person. Call 352-4462 to reserve your tickets.

Saturday, March 27
Bothwell-Zone and District Historical Society is hosting "VIVA LAS VEGAS", the ultimate tribute show, at the Bothwell Town Hall. Tickets are $20 and are available at Main St. merchants displaying the poster or call 695-2096. Proceeds to the Historical Society.
