(It was a happy gathering at the offices of North Kent Mutual in Dresden last Thursday morning as a large number of the area's non profit organizations gathered to receive $1,000 grants from the company, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2010 and has promised to award $100,000 to worthwhile charities during the year.
